Estimated delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your package along the way.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can help make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Charlie Anne’s Closet is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
